Where are your products made?

All of our rosin is processed in Ontario, Canada.
We grow all of the fresh frozen cannabis in-house that is used to produce the rosin.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over $149, 
smaller orders require a flat shipping fee of $20.

I placed an order now what?

You will receive an email with payment information.
Fulfill the payment asap to avoid delays.

The same day that your package is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Packages are shipped Monday - Friday.
Keep an eye on your email inbox & spam 
in case we need to contact you regarding delays.

Please note: Orders may be delayed for a couple days if we run out of inventory unexpectedly.

Why do some strains sell out?

We’re always actively washing and pressing in order to make sure we have the freshest product available. 
Due to this, sometimes we will sell out of a strain for a few days.
If the strain is still on the menu it will be returning.

Question 6

Why do jars weigh differently?

Accepted Answer

Due to the production of the glass material, the weight and depth of the jars vary.

We zero the scale for each jar to make sure the added rosin weight is accurate.
